Fiber Laser Cutting
Omega Fabrication Plus utilizes fiber laser cutting to manufacture precision parts at tight tolerances. Laser cutting technology is the process of cutting material with a precision focused laser beam. Fiber lasers are capable of high-speed cutting, good edge quality with burr free edges. Unlike CO2 lasers which have difficulty cutting high reflectivity materials, fiber laser do not suffer this problem and are able to cut copper, brass, bronze and aluminum and stainless steel with a mirror polish.

At Omega Fabrication Plus if you need additional features added to your parts, we have Press Brakes for forming/bending, CNC Milling capabilities for tapping, counter sinking, counter boring etc. Additionally we offer MIG and TIG welding and Electromechanical assembly.

We stock a variety of sheet materials on our roll out racks. A vacuum lift is used to transport the sheet material to the fiber laser cutting table while the fiber laser is in operation.
